CONSTITUTE THE SCRUTINY COMMITTEE REGARDING DATA
CORRECTIONS/RECTIFICATIONS AND UPDATION OF TEACHERS
RECORDS ON SIS & SED-HRMIS
Kindly refer to the subject cited above.
I am directed to inform that the Competent Authority has desired to
resolve the issues regarding data corrections / rectification and updation of teachers
records on School Information System (SIS) and SED-HRMIS on the basis of
supporting documents. In this regard, you are hereby directed to constitute scrutiny
committee at district level consisting of following members;
Chief Executive Officer
Deputy Director (B&P)
Assistant Director (Admin)
Convener
Member
Member
Moreover, the committee will commence their work from 13.04.2023 to
30.04.2023 and also submit report regarding correction of data/records of teachers on
03.05.2023 to School Education Department. The committee will work on the following
TORS:
- Identify required correction/rectification and updation on SIS & SED-HRMIS as per
provided documents and records by the concerned teacher.
ii. Review and verify the accuracy of record/data contained as per available of official
documents/records.
iii. The committee is responsible to provide supporting/official documents and records
to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Iv. The committee also get undertaking on stamp paper from the concerned teacher.

Note:-
All teachers (whose data is required to be corrected/updated on SIS & SED-
HRMIS) are directed to appear before the scrutiny committee regarding
rectification/correction and updation of their records/data on SIS & SED-HRMIS.
